.: CONSTRUCTION REVIEW :.
We review piping systems during construction, or immediately after construction is complete, to confirm that piping, valves, cold springs, supports, restraints, and other components are installed per drawings and specifications, as intended. And develop procedures for installing cold pulls, and to recommend support and restraint adjustments to properly align piping flanges with equipment flanges.

CONSTRUCTION REVIEW DETAILS
We review piping systems during construction or immediately after construction is complete to confirm that piping, supports, restraints, and other components are installed per the design drawings, as intended by the design engineer. Quite often, during construction, discrepancies arise and field judgments are made without consulting the design engineer of record. Some of these field judgments can cause significant problems. We can be onsite during construction to aid the plant and contractor in making these field judgements. We also aid in directing the contractor how to properly connect piping to rotating equipment and delicate nozzles. The interface between piping tolerances (±1/8”) and machine tolerances (±0.005”) can cause significant field fit-up problems when it comes to pump, turbine, or compressor connections. We are experienced in proper field fit-up sequences and techniques to properly align flanges between piping and equipment.
